• Billed monthly on your purchase date, with no long-term commitment option on the monthly plan
• New credits are added after each payment (usually within a few minutes)
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless canceled
   – Monthly plans can be canceled anytime before the next payment date;
   – Commitment plans offer lower pricing in exchange for a fixed term and cannot be canceled early without a penalty;
• Credits are valid for 30 days and cannot be used after they expire
• All classes must be booked in advance through the Calendar or My Booking page
• Booked classes can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time
• Class availability may vary depending on the schedule
• All subscription payments are non-refundable
