Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to all recurring class packages purchased from Dance Your Life Studio. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Subscriptions are billed on the date of purchase.
A new package of credits is issued after payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes).
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless canceled.
You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file for the duration of your subscription.

If you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel anytime before your next payment date.
If a commitment plan is canceled before the end of the chosen term, an early termination fee equal to 30% of the remaining contract value will apply. This fee applies whether you cancel voluntarily or the studio cancels your subscription for non-payment (see section 3.5).

If a scheduled payment fails, we will automatically retry your card the next day, again two days later, and then once every 7 days for as long as the balance remains unpaid.
Retries continue until the payment succeeds or the subscription is canceled under section 3.5.

We will notify you when a payment fails and send follow-up reminders while the balance remains unpaid.
Reminders are sent as a courtesy to the contact details on your account. It is your responsibility to keep them current.
The studio is not responsible for reminders that are not received due to spam filtering, delivery errors, outdated contact details, or other circumstances outside our control. Non-receipt of a reminder does not suspend or excuse your payment obligations, or delay the fees, access restrictions, or cancellation described in this section.

You may keep full access for a grace period after a failed payment, intended to give you time to update your card.
After the grace period ends, and until the balance is paid, you will not be able to: book classes, register for events or claim free program spots; purchase packages or gift cards; or start a new subscription or enroll in a program with tuition.
Classes you have already booked are not canceled. You may attend bookings made before the restriction took effect.
Access is restored automatically once payment clears.

If a payment remains unpaid 7 days after it first failed, a late payment fee of $15 is added to your account balance.

If a payment remains unpaid 25 days after it first failed, the studio may cancel your subscription for non-payment.
If you are on a commitment plan, the early termination fee described in section 2 will be added to your account balance at that time.
Cancellation for non-payment does not waive amounts already owed, including unpaid subscription payments, late fees and the early termination fee.

Any balance owed on your account must be settled before you can purchase a new subscription, package or gift card.

Credits are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
Credits cannot be used to book classes after they expire.
Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.
Credits are not issued for a subscription period whose payment has not been collected.

A booked class may be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the class start time.
Missed or late-canceled classes result in the loss of the credit.

3-Month Plans: Subscriptions may be frozen for up to 14 days total during the commitment period. The freeze can be requested once for up to 14 days.
6 and 12-Month Plans: Subscriptions may be frozen for up to 30 days total during the commitment period (once for 30 days or twice for 15 days each).
Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and approved by the studio.
The subscription term will be extended by the duration of the freeze.
A subscription with an outstanding balance cannot be frozen. Freezing is not available as a substitute for payment on an overdue account.

Class schedules may vary. The studio does not guarantee availability for specific days, times, or instructors.

All subscription payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

The studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription for misuse, policy violations, or unpaid invoices, in addition to the automatic process described in section 3.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
