Prerequisites: Should be comfortable with fundamental beginner spins and fan kicks. Students who have taken at least 5 Beginner Pole classes are encouraged to sign up for this class.
In this class we’ll be exploring new transitional movement with small sequences while incorporating pole assisted tricks around the base of the pole. This class is designed to help discover new movement patterns and tricks to incorporate into your own dance practice.
Think leggy, thready, swirly, and strong!
Knee pads highly encouraged, heels or socks required.
