Pole Beginner is a welcoming class for students who already have some experience with pole and for newcomers who are ready to start building their foundations.
You will learn fundamental spins, grips, transitions, and simple combinations while building strength, coordination, and confidence. The class focuses on proper technique and safety, with no prior dance or fitness experience required.
If you have never tried pole, we recommend starting with our Intro to Pole Dance class. If that time does not work for you, you are still very welcome to join the Pole Beginner class.

Pole Choreo is a choreography focused class designed for students with prior pole experience.
You should feel comfortable with basic spins, transitions, and movement around the pole. This class focuses on learning longer and more dynamic routines while developing musicality, flow, and expressive movement.
You will explore transitions, floorwork elements, and varied tempos, with attention to style, control, and performance quality.
Heels are optional. Knee pads are recommended.
This class is ideal for students who want to refine their dance quality, build confidence, and enjoy expressive pole choreography.

Prerequisites: Should be comfortable with fundamental beginner spins and fan kicks. Students who have taken at least 5 Beginner Pole classes are encouraged to sign up for this class.
In this class we’ll be exploring new transitional movement with small sequences while incorporating pole assisted tricks around the base of the pole. This class is designed to help discover new movement patterns and tricks to incorporate into your own dance practice.
Think leggy, thready, swirly, and strong!
Knee pads highly encouraged, heels or socks required.
