CLASS AND EVENT RULES AGREEMENT
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants, Dance Your Life Studio requires all attendees to read and agree to the following rules for any parties, workshops, private events, or studio-hosted special occasions (collectively, “Events”).
- Prohibited Substance Use
Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited before or during any class, event, or party held at the studio. Participation under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any condition that may impair judgment or physical performance is not permitted. - Right to Deny Access
The instructor or any designated studio representative reserves the right to deny access or remove any participant who shows signs of alcohol or drug use, or any other condition that could pose a risk to themselves or others. This is to ensure safety during the Event. - Assumption of Responsibility
If a participant engages in any activity while under the influence or in an impaired state, they do so at their own risk. The studio and its representatives are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur as a result. - Responsibility for Damages
Participants are expected to respect all studio property, equipment, and facilities during any class, private event, party, workshop, or other studio-hosted occasion (collectively, “Events”). In the event that a participant causes damage to any studio property—whether intentionally, due to negligence, or through improper use—they may be held financially responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement, as determined by the studio. Dance Your Life Studio reserves the right to invoice the participant for such costs and pursue reimbursement through appropriate legal means if necessary. - No Refund Policy
The studio reserves the right to cancel any class, event, workshop, or other activity hosted at the studio at any time if it determines that proceeding would be unsafe due to a participant’s condition, behavior, or influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other factor that may pose a risk to safety. In such cases, no refund will be provided. - Behavior and Respect
All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the instructor or studio representative. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the Event without refund. - Acknowledgment
By attending any class, party, workshop, private event, or other activity hosted by the studio, the participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the rules stated above.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in dance, fitness, stretching classes, workshops, private lessons, performances, or any other related events (collectively, “Activities”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strains, sprains, falls, or other accidents. I voluntarily choose to participate in these Activities with full knowledge of the risks involved. - Release of Liability
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Dance Your Life Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from my participation in the Activities, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage. - Medical Treatment and Responsibility
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent my participation in the Activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before engaging in any physical activity. In case of an emergency, I authorize the instructor to seek medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Activities. - Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the instructor and any affiliated parties from any legal claims, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from my participation in the Activities. - Photography and Media Release
I grant permission for the use of photographs and videos taken during the Activities for promotional and marketing purposes.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in the Class and Event Rules Agreement and the Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement.
By completing your purchase, you confirm your voluntary acceptance of these terms and understand that you may be waiving certain legal rights. This acknowledgment remains in full force and effect indefinitely from the date of purchase.
