Each style has its own recommended attire to help you move comfortably and safely:

  • Pole Dance
    Shorts and a sports bra or fitted tank top. Skin contact is needed for grip, so avoid leggings or sleeves. Do not use lotion or oils on your skin the day of class.

  • High Heels
    Leggings or shorts and a comfortable top. Wear heels with ankle support. Knee pads are optional but recommended for floor work.

  • Chair Dance
    Leggings or fitted pants and a top. Heels are optional. Knee pads are helpful for floor and chair work.

  • Twerk
    Shorts or leggings and a fitted top. Avoid restrictive clothing and do not wear black, as we’ll be focusing on movement visibility. Knee pads recommended.

  • Stretching
    Comfortable, flexible clothes like leggings and a fitted top. Avoid baggy clothing.

You can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session, depending on your group’s preference.

The base rate is $120 for 1 hour or $180 for 1.5 hours, plus $35 per participant.
Final pricing depends on your group size and chosen duration.

To book the party, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required. The remaining amount is due one week before the event.
If you prefer, you can pay the full price when booking.

You’re welcome to reschedule your party at no extra cost with proper notice and based on availability. If your party is canceled, we’ll refund any additional participant payments. Please note that the base payment of $150 is non-refundable.
